If you are not 100% satisfied with you purchase, please return the item within 30 days of original receipt.  All we ask is that you return the item in new/unused condition and with the original packaging in tact.

You may return any item for store credit, exchange, or full refund of the purchase price and original shipping fee.  

Please contact us before sending any item back.  We will issue a call tag and arrange for the item to be picked up by the carrier. Please be sure to re pack the item for safe transport. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

If delivery is refused and the item is returned to our warehouse a 20% restocking fee and an amount equal to the cost of return shipping will apply. You will receive a refund for the purchase price only minus these fees.

Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.  Please do not ship damaged items back to us, the damaged item and all packaging must remain in your possession until a carrier representative can remove and inspect the item for insurance coverage.  Once the item has been handed over to the carrier we will process a replacement order for the damaged item.

We understand that shipping damage is not your fault, but it's not our fault either.  We only ask that you help us expedite the claim process so that we can get a replacement item out to you as quickly as possible.
